Step 1 If you haven’t done so FIRST, book your tickets via *****Eventbrite link***** . If you plan to camp (bring your own tent or caravan) then you will be able to book your camping pitch at the same time as you buy your ticket. Then that’s you done.
Step 2: If you are not camping but wish to stay and use one of the on-site accommodations After you have booked your tickets via the Eventbrite link above, you can then choose one of the on site options which include lodges, Cabins, Pods, etc, choose from the variety of styles and prices listed below by either clicking the link below and a page will open with accommodation pictures or click on download file. Once you have made a decision, you must then call The Baptist Family Camp Team on mobile number 07918092130 to book your on-site accommodation. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 3: You will receive email confirmation of your interest in a particular accommodation, along with the price and bank account details you will have a week to pay for the accommodation in question. You need to make the appropriate payment promptly. Your accommodation will be confirmed once payment is received. We will only be able to issue refunds on accommodation if we can resell the unit.
Once all on-site accommodation is full, there is the option to book into hotels or B&Bs nearby (for those who prefer not to camp!).
